Literature definitions and Filipino Authors

“Literature is writing that is considered by both critics and consumers to be of a high quality and cultural value, in which the creative use of language is prominent.”
I chose this definition of literature by Wordpress because I agree with their perception. As I learn recently from our class, it should be agreed by the two (the critics and the readers) to be considered as a literature..

For me, I adapt the concept of the Critics agree to consider a literature as a real literature as well as readers or consumers agree with it.
